I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice this place is! Spotlessly clean, friendly bilingual staff, and beautiful views of the bay. There is some road noise, but not bad. The rooftop pool bar is so nice!! Showers have good pressure and hot water. The mattress was a little firm, but everything else was perfect. Loved having the mini fridge. 24/7 room service and private parking garage. I'd absolutely stay again and recommend it.

What a great hotel! The room was beautiful and clean. The shower was a walk in with lots of space. The only downsides are there’s no microwave or coffee maker and the street is noisy at night. Other than that it was amazing. The pool was great with ocean views and great views of the mountains. The staff were very helpful. I will definitely come again.

I ended up staying not too long ago because some friends were getting married in town. I wanted an inexpensive option that was not all inclusive. I was semi-concerned because the hotel was relatively cheap, but was pleasantly surprised to find how modern and clean this hotel was, the rooftop pool is amazing. They even have a DJ and live flamenco guitar players. It’s great. I will say that was one of my favorite things at this hotel aside from how modern in the room was. It’s not super close to the center of town but that’s just because my friends, however can Uber anywhere in this city so it wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel!! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The location is not in the typical tourist part but just a quick ride away. The beach is not over crowded for this reason, making it ideal for a better experience. The roof top pool/bar is awesome. Wonderful views from the roof while having access to great food and drinks. Give Hotel Mio and try, I promise you won't regret it.

Only stayed one night on Dec 8 thru WestJet as the plane had mechanical issues and just stayed overnight. Very impressed with the room and rooftop bar. Staff was 5 star Will be back for 5days in March 2024

Dishonest and a total scam . Told us for 1500$ pesos New Year’s Eve we would have drinks and appetizers for the evening. Between a crew of us we drank 3 bottles of champagne and charged us 9000$ pesos tried to speak to a manager but would not do anything for us . Very disappointed as our stay until this point has been great .
